Your privacy, plainly

What the system does today, without small print.

What we do NOT have

The content of your messages, photos, videos, documents, voice notes and calls: it is encrypted end-to-end on your device (MLS, RFC 9420). The server only holds encrypted data until it is delivered, with an expiry date, and cannot read it.
Your phone number, your address book or your e-mail: the app does not ask for them.
Ads, trackers or third-party analytics, in the app or on this site.

Your account: a random identifier, your @alias, your devices' public keys and, if you have one, your plan's end date (never which code or payment activated it).
Your accepted contacts and blocks, so only your contacts can write to you.
In SO ChatKids: which adults supervise the child's account and which contacts they approved.
Google's or Apple's notification tokens, with no content.
Aggregate usage totals, with no per-person records and no IP addresses in the logs.

We keep the order number, the plan, the amount, the date, the status and your e-mail to send you the code.
If you upload a receipt (image or PDF), it is stored encrypted and only the person who confirms payments sees it.
Your e-mail and the receipt are deleted as soon as your code is delivered (30 days after a rejected or cancelled order); an unpaid order is deleted entirely after 5 days. Only the accounting record remains (number, plan, amount and date). Daily backups may keep them for up to 14 days.
The code is not linked to your account: the chat server only receives a fingerprint of the code, never your e-mail.
The e-mail with your code is delivered by an e-mail sending provider, which needs your address to do so. The anti-robot box on the purchase page is Cloudflare's and uses no tracking cookies.
This site reaches you through Cloudflare, which encrypts the connection and protects it from attacks; like any network provider it sees the visits, but there are no cookies or analytics here.

SO ChatKids is for children supervised by their mother, father or guardian, who creates the link and approves the contacts.
We ask for no personal data about the child beyond the name the guardian gives them.

You can erase your data from the app: Settings → «Erase my data from this phone».
You can ask for your account and your orders to be deleted by writing to ventas@sistemaoperia.com with the order number.

End-to-end encryption, keys only on your devices, server data sealed with AES-256-GCM and always connected over HTTPS.
No system is invulnerable: if we detect a breach that affects you, we will tell you.
